Befobuy is operated by Befosync LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
We collect the following information when you use Befobuy: Account data: Your email address and encrypted password, or your Google profile (name, email, profile picture) if you sign in with Google. Store and listing data: Product information, store URL, images, and listing details you provide or import from your Shopify store to generate ads. Payment data: Billing information is collected and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers. Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general interaction data to improve the service.
We use your data to: provide and operate the Befobuy service, generate and host your video ads and public listing pages, process subscription payments, send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing receipts), and improve the platform through usage analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Befobuy, including cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and analytics. All providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and understand how the service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, your ads and associated data are retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@befobuy.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Befobuy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no system is completely secure — use a strong, unique password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice before material changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
